Due to the personalised nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for custom orders unless:

  • The item was damaged during delivery
  • The wrong item was delivered
  • The personalisation was incorrectly printed (if our fault)

What to Do:

Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order by emailing info@prosperityprintingshop.co.za with:

  • A clear photo of the issue
  • Your invoice number
  • A short description of the problem

If approved, we will offer:

  • A replacement
  • Or a store credit (in some cases)

Returns or refunds will not be processed for incorrect spelling or design uploaded by the client.
