• All custom designs submitted are assumed to have full permission for use.
• We reserve the right to reject any offensive or inappropriate designs.
• Turnaround times may vary slightly during peak seasons or public holidays.
• Orders are processed only after full payment is received.
• We send a designer-prepared proof within 24–48 business hours after files are received.
• One minor revision is included. Additional changes may be billed.
• We never print without your written approval via form or email.
• Low-resolution files may affect print quality; we will notify you with options.
• Colour: due to screen vs. CMYK differences, slight variation may occur.
• By placing an order, you confirm you own the rights to the uploaded artwork or have permission to use it.
